To access your Capillary Branch, you’ll first need to navigate to your branch’s unique URL, which can be found at [branchname].allogy.net. Your branch name should be chosen or provided upon purchase. If you don’t know or can’t remember your branch name, please reach out to support@allogy.com.

Signing Up for Your Branch

Once at your branch, you will first need to sign up before you can sign in.

1. Click the Sign Up button

2. Enter your email (if you received an invitation for a Capillary role, make sure to use the same email that received the invitation), choose a password, type that password again to confirm, and click Next.

3. Enter your first and last name in the respective fields and click Sign Up.

4. Verify your email address.

Signing In to Your Branch

Once you’ve signed up and verified your email address, you can sign in to your branch.

1. Navigate to your branch’s unique URL ([branchname].allogy.net)

2. Enter your email and chosen password.

3. Click Log In.

If you are successful in signing in but for whatever reason are not taken to the Creator by your browser, navigate to https://[branchname].allogy.com/creator/ to start building!

OR

If you are taken to the Learner portal (you see Courses and Register prompts) but should have access to the Capillary Cloud, click on the User Profile dropdown at the top right and select Capillary Cloud. If Capillary Cloud is not an option, contact your program’s administrator to provide access.
