WHENEVER you sign into a branch, you’ll be taken to the home screen, which previews Recent Collections (icon and title) with an option to view all collections by clicking See All. Clicking on any of the previewed collections will take you to that collection.

Collections

Clicking to view all collections will take you to an alphabetized list of all collections and their ID number. Collection-specific icons will show on the left unless the collection does not have an icon chosen, in which case it will display a light grey camera icon next to the collection name. This list defaults at 10 items per page, but it can be expanded to 25 or 50 items per page by selecting the option at the bottom of the screen.

Administrator

From either the home page or the list of collections, you can shift to the Administrator dashboard by clicking Administrator on the top taskbar next to Collections.

The Administrator Dashboard allows you to view, create, organize, link and unlink collections within Capillary. From here, you are also able to edit, update, and publish any existing content within your branch. The options for Content Collections, Application Space, and Complete Content Library can be accessed either from the green boxes on the dashboard or from the Branch Data taskbar on the left of the interface.

  • Content Collections: This space is similar to the “See All” collections space except that it gives the option to Create a Collection and Content Team by clicking the blue button at the top right of the icons. An explanation of creating collections and teams can be found in the Knowledge Base under Teams and Collections.

  • Application Spaces: This space allows you to connect and organize collections into containers, which function as a grouping tool for similar content collections. It is organized similar to the collection space and can be viewed in groups of either 10, 25, or 50 containers per page. Selecting More… on the right brings you to the container page. An explanation of containers and connecting/organizing content collections can be found in the Knowledge Base under Connecting, Removing, and Ordering Collections in a Workspace.
