YOUR USER MENU is located at the top right of the header navigation menu. It will show a grey profile icon (this can be changed to a profile image) with a down chevron indicating a dropdown menu. Clicking this icon shows your name and associated email address and gives the option to view your User Profile. The dropdown also includes options for accessing this knowledge base, reaching our support team, and signing out of your current branch.

User Profile

Your User Profile contains all of your personal information in the Creator, including your first and last name, job title, and user profile image. First and last name are required, but each field is editable.

To upload a profile image, hover over and click the default gray avatar with a blue camera icon in the center. In the resulting popup window, click “Choose File.” This will allow you to select an image from your device to upload as your profile image. After an image is selected, you can edit the size and positioning of the image by clicking and dragging the image to move it or using any of the buttons on the dotted border to adjust its size. Once you’ve gotten the image sized and positioned how you like it, click the “Save Icon” button at the bottom right. You will be taken back to the User Profile where you will now see your uploaded photo.

Creator Knowledge Base

The Creator Knowledge Base is the document you are currently reading. To get here from the Creator, simply click on the user menu dropdown and select “Creator Knowledge Base.”

Help/Support Requests

The Help/Support Requests button links directly to Capillary’s customer support service desk. From there, you can ask our support team for help with your issue, report a bug, or suggest a new feature or improvement to the Creator.

Sign Out

If you’d like to sign out of your branch for any reason, simply click the sign out button in the user menu. Signing out will automatically take you back to the branch sign in page.
